John Woodward reports his prayer requests.
Counselee, T----asks prayer for her sister (in her 30's) who is suicidal. We pray she will come for counseling and have a life renewal from God as her sister has experienced.
John will be in Atlanta May 1-4 for the association of Exchanged Life Ministries annual meeting and public conference. He asksed for prayer for traveling, fellowship, networking, and blessings on those who use the GFI book table.
GFI has a board meeting scheduled for Friday, May 9th. Please pray for God's blessing, wisdom, and guidance of the deliberations.
John is thankful for the meeting at Camp Agape, Benton, TN (with Chris & Penny Stewart) last Saturday.

In WW II, there was an advisor to Churchill who organized a group of people who dropped what they were doing every night at a prescribed hour for one minute to collectively pray for the safety of England, its people and peace.
This had an amazing effect as the bombing stopped. There is now a group of people organizing the same thing here in America. If you would like to participate: each evening at 9:00 PM Eastern Time, (8:00 Central time, 7:00 PM Mountain, and 6:00PM Pacific), stop whatever you are doing and spend one minute for the safety of the United States, our troops, our citizens and for peace in the world.

Judy H. has asked for prayer. She is wanting to quit smoking and is having other problems that God already knows about!
Here is the way to quit smoking. Find a room where there is a chair, and shut the door. Do not sit in the chair, that is were God will sit. Now kneel in front of the chair with your out-stretched hands, offering your cigarettes to the Lord. Ask Him to take away this addiction, and to cleanse you for His work. Now You will rise with joy and relief that only the Lord can give you. Rejoice!

Hughlene F. writes with a painful report. She has either lost her purse, or someone stolen it. She has gone through the agonies of every thing that must be done, canceling and reapplying for proof of identity, credit, licenses, etc. She asks the Lord for protection, and for His blessing. We can pray with her.
Praying with you,
Grace
